(BNP) - On the morning of April 14th, a delegation led by Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Thi Hang visited and encouraged union members and workers of HI-P Vietnam High-Tech Engineering Co., Ltd. (Nam Son Industrial Park - Hap Linh).

During the meeting, representatives from Hi-P Vietnam High-Tech Technology Co., Ltd. provided an overview of its production, business operations, and employee welfare activities. Established in 2021 and located in Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park, the company is a wholly Singaporean-invested enterprise with an initial registered capital of VND 1,185 billion.

The company currently employs nearly 1,300 workers and specializes in the manufacturing and processing of precision plastic components for the electronics and consumer goods industries. Its key products include components for smart pens, Bluetooth speakers, computer mice, wireless earphones, electric toothbrushes, and other household electronic devices. The company has gradually stabilized its operations while fostering a professional working environment. Employees earn an average monthly income ranging from VND 9 to 13 million, in addition to a comprehensive system of allowances, bonuses, and welfare benefits.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Vice Chairwoman Tran Thi Hang acknowledged and praised the positive contributions of the trade union and the collective of cadres, workers, and employees of the company in production and business activities as well as in caring for the lives and motivating the morale of the workers.

Standing Vice Chairwoman Tran Thi Hang presents gifts to union members and employees of the company who are facing difficult circumstances.

On the other hand, she highly appreciated the company's concern for employee welfare through practical policies and programs—such as care initiatives, performance-based rewards, and support during holidays and the Tet.  She also encouraged the company to continue enhancing its focus on improving employees’ quality of life, while ensuring a harmonious balance of interests between the enterprise and its workforce.

On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Confederation presented 100 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances at the company.
