(BNP) - On the morning of May 26, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Dao Quang Khai chaired a meeting to address difficulties and obstacles related to the Do Nha Housing Project in Phuong Lieu Ward and the Housing Project in Hap Linh Ward.

Currently, both projects have basically completed compensation and site clearance work and are implementing technical infrastructure construction. However, the projects still face several difficulties, including construction obstruction by local residents, land reoccupation, issues related to electricity infrastructure, overlapping planning boundaries, and rising investment costs.
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman Dao Quang Khai requested relevant departments, local authorities, and investors to strengthen coordination, focus on resolving difficulties, accelerate the completion of technical infrastructure, and ensure synchronization in planning, infrastructure, and legal procedures so the projects can soon be put into operation.
For the Hap Linh Ward Housing Project, the Vice Chairman requested the investor to focus resources on accelerating construction in areas eligible for implementation, complete all relevant procedures, and strive to finish infrastructure construction before July 30, 2026.
Regarding the Do Nha Housing Project in Phuong Lieu Ward, the Vice Chairman assigned local authorities to review the project planning and strengthen public communication to build consensus among residents. He also requested the investor to focus on completing the technical infrastructure and ensure completion before June 30, 2026.
