Bac Ninh: More than 217,000 administrative procedures processed on time in May

(BNP) - In May 2026 (from April 15th to May 14th, 2026), the work of receiving and processing administrative procedures, controlling administrative procedures, and implementing digital transformation at the Bac Ninh Provincial Public Administrative Service Center continued to be effectively maintained, contributing to improving the quality of service for citizens and businesses.

The rate of digitizing documents and issuing electronic results reached 93.89%.

The Center publicly posted 24 administrative procedures in accordance with regulations, ensuring clarity and convenience for organizations and individuals to search and implement.

The entire province received 228,925 administrative procedure dossiers on the Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System. Of these, 78,429 dossiers were received and processed at the provincial level, with the online submission rate reaching 94%. A total of 71,575 applications were resolved, including 71,564 processed on time or ahead of schedule, accounting for 91%, while 11 applications were overdue.

At the commune level, the Commune Public Administrative Service Center received and processed 150,496 applications; the online reception rate reached 83%. 146,236 applications were processed, of which 146,111 were processed on time or ahead of schedule, achieving a 97% success rate; 155 applications were overdue.

The digitization of applications and the results of administrative procedures continued to be promoted. The rate of digitized applications and electronic results reached 93.89%; the rate of exploitation and reuse of digitized information and data reached 90.64% with 189,403 applications. To date, the number of National Public Service Portal accounts verified with the National Population Database has reached over 1.06 million.

During the month, the hotline 02043.531.111 received 990 calls from citizens and businesses; all calls were forwarded to the relevant departments for timely answers and support.

Regarding administrative procedure control, during the period, 19 decisions were issued announcing the list of administrative procedures, totaling 151 procedures, including 4 newly issued procedures, 116 amended and supplemented procedures, and 31 abolished procedures. Simultaneously, 2 decisions were issued approving 10 internal procedures for handling administrative procedures, and 3 decisions approved 15 internal administrative procedures.

The review and simplification of administrative procedures continued to be implemented according to the plan of the Provincial People's Committee, focusing on reducing and simplifying procedures related to production and business activities and improving the efficiency of the one-stop and integrated one-stop mechanisms.

During the reporting period, the Center received 300 feedback and suggestions from citizens and businesses related to administrative regulations; 217 feedback and suggestions were resolved, and 83 feedback are still within the processing timeframe.
