(BNP) - On January 29, the Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command organized a welcoming ceremony for nearly 3,700 non-commissioned officers and soldiers who had completed their military service and returned to their hometowns at 9 locations throughout the province.

It is known that the non-commissioned officers and soldiers served at 19 General Staff agencies and units, including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Command, Military Region 1, Corps 12, Air Defense-Air Force Command, General Department of Logistics-Technical, Special Forces Command, etc.
The Provincial Military Command organized nine locations for welcoming ceremonies to non-commissioned officers and soldiers who had completed their military service and returned to their localities, including: The Defense Command of Regions 1, 2, and 4; the Military Commands of Son Dong, Luc Nam, Hiep Hoa districts, and the former Viet Yen town; the meeting hall of the People's Committee of Yen Dung ward and Cao Thuong commune.
At these locations, the Provincial Military Command provided a quick update on the socio-economic situation and security in the locality in 2025, and the orientation for 2026; the policies of the Party, State, and locality regarding non-commissioned officers and soldiers who have completed their assigned military duties and returned to their localities; and offered career counseling, vocational training, and job placement services.
Leaders of the Provincial Military Command and local authorities presented flowers and gifts, congratulating the non-commissioned officers and soldiers who had completed their military service and returned to their localities. They wished the comrades to continue upholding the traditional qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, to be exemplary in strictly adhering to the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and local regulations; and to actively participate in socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security in their communities.
