(BNP) - On the morning of May 27th, Mr. Pham Duong Tuyen, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, received and worked with a delegation from the Miral Welfare Foundation (South Korea), led by Mr. Kim Daehyun, Head of the International Cooperation Department.

During the meeting, representatives from the Miral Welfare Foundation stated that the organization is currently implementing numerous support programs in 14 countries, focusing on children with disabilities and vulnerable groups. Bac Ninh is the first locality in Vietnam selected to implement community development support activities.
According to the plan, the organization will implement the project in Son Hai and Tan Son communes from 2026 to 2028 with key contents such as: improving the quality of education, enhancing digital technology access skills, healthcare, and improving nutrition for children.

Representatives from the organization expressed their desire to continue receiving support and facilitation from the province and committed to fully complying with Vietnamese laws and regulations during the project implementation.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Chief Pham Duong Tuyen highly appreciated Miral Welfare Foundation's choice of Bac Ninh to implement its activities in Vietnam. At the same time, he affirmed that the province will always cooperate and create favorable conditions for the programs to be implemented effectively and in accordance with regulations.

The Deputy Chief also requested the organization to closely coordinate with relevant agencies and localities to promptly resolve difficulties; and to continue researching the expansion of social welfare support programs in Bac Ninh in the future.
