Along with that, the province was investing synchronously in the technical infrastructure system, focusing on transport infrastructure, railways, electricity, and telecommunications to meet the requirements of high-tech industrial and digital economic development in the new period. Bac Ninh also identified the semiconductor industry as one of the priority development sectors; while step-by-step expanding green industries, clean energy, and renewable energy, including wind power.
For new industries, besides the semiconductor industry development orientation, the province paid special attention to promoting the formation of data centers, computing centers, and artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure, creating a foundation for digital economic and high-tech industrial development.
