(BNP) - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Mai Son has just signed Official Dispatch No. 4813/UBND-HCC on the implementation of a number of contents under the Government's Resolution on cutting down, decentralizing, and simplifying administrative procedures and business conditions.
Agencies and units guide and organize the implementation of administrative procedures under their jurisdiction and management to ensure efficiency and smoothness, absolutely not allowing any disruption in the process of handling dossiers for citizens and enterprises.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests departments, agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, and People's Committees of communes and wards to seriously implement the contents under the direction in Official Dispatch No. 4227/UBND-HCC dated May 5, 2026 on implementing Resolutions to cut down and simplify administrative procedures and business conditions.
In particular, departments and agencies under the Provincial People's Committee, based on the public announcement decisions of their managing Ministries and sectors, urgently coordinate with relevant agencies and units to advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to announce the list of administrative procedures and build internal processes in resolving administrative procedures in accordance with regulations. Leaders of departments and sectors are accountable to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee if the progress of announcing the list of administrative procedures is delayed as required.
At the same time, agencies and units guide and organize the implementation of administrative procedures under their jurisdiction and management to ensure efficiency and smoothness, absolutely not allowing any disruption in the process of handling dossiers for citizens and enterprises. Promptly report difficulties and obstacles arising during the implementation process to the Ministries and ministry-level agencies managing the industries and fields for guidance and resolution.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigns the Office of the Provincial People's Committee (the Provincial Public Administration Service Center) to strengthen urging and synthesizing the implementation situation; promptly report and advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to consider and resolve difficulties and obstacles to ensure the effective implementation of the Government's Resolutions, contributing to improving the quality of service for citizens and enterprises./.
