Specifically, in 2026, the province aims to put into operation approximately 2,260 rental apartments from student housing, social housing, and worker accommodation projects, and to commence construction on 3 worker accommodation projects with a scale of approximately 3,910 units.
Bac Ninh will continue to expand its rental housing stock through the Local Housing Fund and attract businesses to invest in rental housing projects in industrial parks and urban areas with high demand. The province also aims to ensure that all industrial parks are allocated land or equipped with housing and accommodation projects to meet the needs of workers and laborers.
In addition, Bac Ninh will accelerate the completion of planning schemes and land allocation for social housing and rental housing development, while encouraging greater private-sector participation. The province will also develop and operate an integrated housing and real estate market database, promote digital transformation, enhance transparency, and strengthen oversight of social housing policies to prevent speculation and policy abuse.
