(BNP) - On the morning of May 29, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh visited and encouraged enterprises participating in the Vietnam International Exhibition on Electronics Industry and Smart Manufacturing 2026, which was taking place at the square of the Kinh Bac Cultural Center, Vu Ninh ward, Bac Ninh province.

The Vietnam International Exhibition on Electronics Industry and Smart Manufacturing 2026 took place from May 28 to 30, attracting about 300 booths from enterprises of Vietnam, China, and Southeast Asian countries. The booths mainly introduced products in electronics, semiconductor microchips, artificial intelligence, smart technology, electronic assembly equipment, smart manufacturing and automation equipment, green energy and environment, electric vehicles, batteries, and energy storage systems, etc. coming from many enterprises such as Samsung, Desay Battery, Chery, Aima, Huagong, Xiangfan, Gelanda, etc.
The exhibition attracts a large number of participating enterprises.
Directly visiting the booths, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh highly appreciated the strong development of the electronics industry, supporting industries, and smart manufacturing. At the same time, he acknowledged the efforts of the business community in technological innovation, improving production capacity, expanding markets, and promoting digital transformation in production and business activities.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that with advantages in geographical location, synchronous industrial infrastructure, and a favorable investment environment, Bac Ninh province continued to strongly attract high-tech, electronics industry, and smart manufacturing projects. He expressed hope and suggested that enterprises explore, research, and expand their production investment in Bac Ninh. He also affirmed that the province committed to accompanying and supporting enterprises during the implementation process, especially simplifying administrative procedures, creating the most favorable conditions for enterprises to invest and develop long-term production and business in the province.

For enterprises already having production facilities in Bac Ninh, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee encouraged them to pay attention to, invest in, install, and use rooftop solar power systems in order to save production costs, use energy efficiently, and head towards green and sustainable development.
Regarding the exhibition organizer, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee welcomed and hoped they would continue to promote their role as a bridge between enterprises and local authorities. He requested them to actively receive and summarize difficulties, obstacles, and recommendations from enterprises participating in the exhibition to promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and resolution, creating a favorable, stable, and effective investment environment for the business community.
He also requested the organizer to continue promoting the effectiveness of the exhibition, maintaining its annual organization with an increasingly expanding scale. At the same time, enhance connection and invite more industrial park infrastructure investment enterprises, high-tech enterprises, and supporting industry enterprises to participate. This would create opportunities for investment promotion, expanding cooperation, and connecting supply and demand, contributing to forming a sustainable production linkage chain and promoting the development of the electronics and smart manufacturing industry ecosystem.
