(BNP) - The People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province has just issued Decision No. 625/QD-UBND approving the investment policy for the project “Investment and construction of a sports complex in Van Mon commune, Bac Ninh province” with a total investment of more than 286 billion VND.

The project is implemented in Van Mon commune, with a total land area of approximately 96,322.96 m². According to the planning, the project consists of many synchronized items, notably a stadium with a capacity of about 12,000 people on an area of more than 23,517 m²; 2 administrative and service buildings with 3 floors; a covered parking area; 4 security houses; an outdoor parking lot with an area of nearly 16,000 m² along with technical infrastructure system, trees, and landscape.
After completion, the investor is allowed to exploit and trade services such as stadium rental; premises rental for event organization; beverage and fast food business; rental of kiosks for product introduction; parking lot business and sports training activities.
The project's operation period is 50 years from the date of approval of the investor to implement the project. Regarding progress, within 12 months from the date of approval, the investor will complete land procedures, site clearance, and land lease; within 24 months from the date of being leased land, the entire construction will be completed and the project will be put into exploitation and operation.
The project aims to complete facilities for physical training and sports for people, improve the quality of physical education, create space for organizing cultural exchanges, traditional festivals, and mass sports congresses; at the same time, contribute to promoting socio-economic development, ensuring local national defense and security./.
